Software Products written by David J. Watkins (WatWare) do NOT collect any personal information or data on the user of the product. The software may make use of features on the device that it is running on, such as the GPS sensor, Wifi, or the mobile data connection to find the user's current coordinates or position so that the software may operate as intended. But the current location or position is never permanantly stored for any reason.
Note that the server for the WatWare website (IPowerWeb.com) does track minimal information such as country of origin, time, date, and IP address for statistical purposes. None of that information can be used to personally identify an individual. That information is used to track bandwidth of the WatWare website and to display information such as how many visitors each page of the website had, or how many times items were downloaded, etc.
WatWare or David J. Watkins has no control over its third party distributors and cannot guarantee that the third parties who distribute the WatWare products will not collect personal information. It is up to you the user to read the policies of the sites that distribute or make the products availble for download. WatWare or David J. Watkins takes NO responsibilty and cannot be liable for any actions of the third party distributors.
